We offer a 6 month guarantee on all our products. If you wish to return an item within this time, pack the item in its original packing or if it's no longer available, please pack the item sufficiently to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your invoice with your name, address and contact details and note whether you would prefer a replacement or refund. *We do not accept worn/used items e.g., undergarments, shoes, etc. Forward goods to the below address;
Cancellation of Orders
If you need to cancel an order that has not been sent, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try hard to assist you, and depending on whether your order has been dispatched, some changes may not be possible.

Only orders not yet dispatched may be cancelled. If the item has already been sent, you can always return the parcel to the address specified on the invoice and a refund will be processed upon receipt of the return.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order without notice for any reason. If we do so, any payment will be refunded immediately.
