Please return any item to the address provided on the invoice. If you used the original packing or it is no longer available, please pack the item you are returning sufficiently to prevent damage during transit. Please include a copy of your invoice or your name, address and contact details and let us know if you prefer a replacement or refund.
Cancellation of Orders
If you need to cancel an order that has not been sent, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try hard to assist you, and depending on whether your order has been despatched, some changes may not be possible.

Only orders not yet dispatched may be cancelled. If the item has already been sent, you can always return the parcel to the address specified on the invoice and a refund will be processed upon receipt of the return.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order without notice for any reason. If we do so, any payment will be refunded immediately.
