When you shop with Bright Life you are buying from an Australian family business with over 20 years experience selling products by catalogue and online.
You may shop from anywhere withing Australia, and unless specified otherwise, all orders attract a postage and handling charge that is non-refundable unless the entire order is damaged or has been lost in transit. Before processing refunds for lost parcels Bright Life will first initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Payment for orders may only be made via cheque, money order, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), and Paypal.
If an item is out of stock or no longer available you may receive a refund for the item that cannot be suppied, or you may be offered an alternative item of equal value or more.
If you decide to return a product because it is damaged or faulty you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. You will not be charged for postage of replacement products. Products that are unsuitable should be returned as soon as possible.
If you decide to return a products because it is unsuitable, you may request a replacement product or a refund for the purchase price of the product. Return postage is your responsibility.
If a product has been returned for a refund or replacement, but it has been used or damaged due to misuse Bright Life may decide to provide you with a partial refund, or may send the product back to you.
All products sold are warranted against defects, and all purchases are protected by Australian Consumer Law.
After shopping with Bright Life you may receive a printed catalogue in the post.
